• What is Cow?

  A site where you order a personal video message from Israeli content creators: gamers, TikTokers, YouTubers and more. You pick a creator, say who it's for and what they should say, and the creator records a video made just for you. It arrives on your order page, and you can download it and send it to whoever you like.

• Are the creators real? Isn't it AI?

  Yes, they are real. Every video is recorded by the creator personally, in their own voice and with their own face. Creators commit to this when they join: they may not use artificial intelligence, deepfakes or voice cloning, and nobody else may record in their place. A creator who breaks this is removed from the site, and you get all your money back. The verified badge appears on creators who proved their social media account really belongs to them. Something looks wrong? Every profile has a report button.

• When do I pay, and what if the video doesn't arrive?

  You pay by card when you order, through a licensed payment processor. The creator is paid only after they send the video. If the creator declines, or the video doesn't arrive by the deadline, the full amount comes back to you automatically, without asking. The credit usually appears on your statement within a few business days, depending on your card issuer.

• How long does it take?

  Each creator sets their delivery time: 24, 48 or 72 hours. Many also offer express delivery within 24 hours for an extra charge. The exact time is shown on the creator's page and before you pay, and the creator commits to it.

• Can I cancel an order?

  Yes, as long as the creator hasn't accepted it yet. Cancel on the "My orders" page and get all your money back. Once the creator accepts, they are recording a video made only for you, so it can't be cancelled. This is the exception consumer protection law makes for products made specially for the customer. But if the video doesn't arrive on time, or it differs materially from what you asked for, you get all your money back.

• What's the minimum age?

  You can open an account from 13. At 13 to 17 only with a parent's consent, and you can browse, follow creators and comment. Ordering and paying are allowed from 18. Under 18 and want a video? Ask a parent to order it from their account. To be a creator you must be 18 or over.

• What can I ask the creator for?

  Almost anything personal and positive: a birthday message, a bar or bat mitzvah, congratulations, get well soon, a friendly roast, or just a surprise. You can't ask for abusive, sexual, threatening or racist content, anything that invades someone's privacy, impersonating another person, or a video to advertise a business. Every request is screened before it reaches the creator, and if it's blocked, you're not charged.

• Can I share the video?

  Yes, for personal use: send it on WhatsApp, post it to your story or profile, play it at a party. The rights stay with the creator, and you get a licence to keep and share it. You can't use it for advertising or commercial purposes, sell it, or edit it so the creator seems to say something they didn't.

• Will the video be public?

  Only if you allow it. At checkout you can choose whether to let the creator show the video on their profile. Without that permission, only you can see it.

• How much does it cost? Are there fees?

  The price on the creator's page is the final price, with no fees or extras at checkout. The creator sets it. Part of it is our fee, and the creator receives the rest after the video is delivered.

• What happens to my data?

  We collect only what the service needs, never sell data, and never see your card details: payment happens at the payment processor. The privacy policy has the details, including how to see, correct or delete your data.

• How do I report a problem?

  Every profile, post and comment has a report button. For an order that didn't arrive or an unclear charge, write to support@cow.co.il. Every message is read by a person.

• I'm a creator. How do I join?

  Open a creator profile on the "For creators" page, set your price and delivery time, and connect your social media account to get the verified badge. Once our team approves the profile, you start receiving orders. You must be 18 or over.
