What we do to keep the site safe for everyone, especially young users.

Every text is screened

Every text written on the site, whether a request to a creator, a post or a comment, is screened automatically before it is sent or published. Text with a phone number, an outside link, an attempt to move the conversation to another app or an offer to pay outside the site is blocked at once. Other suspicious text is flagged for review by a person on our team.

Age limits

Accounts are open from age 13, and at 13 to 17 only with a parent's consent. Ordering and paying are allowed only from 18, so a teenager who wants a video asks a parent to order it. Creators must be 18 or over, and we verify their identity and age before they are paid. We do not send marketing email to minors.

Real creators

Every creator undertakes to record videos personally, in their own voice and appearance. Using artificial intelligence, deepfakes or voice cloning is forbidden, and nobody else may record in the creator's place. The verified badge is given only after a creator proves they own their social media account, and it is never sold or handed out manually.

Reporting

Every profile, post and comment has a report button, and you can also write to support@cow.co.il. Every report is reviewed by a person, and reports of harm to minors or immediate danger are reviewed first. Content that breaks the rules is hidden from the site and kept for a limited time so the decision can be appealed.

What is not allowed

No sharing contact details, paying outside the site, asking to meet, or requesting or publishing abusive, sexual or age-inappropriate content. Breaking these rules can get an account blocked.

Worried about a child's safety?

If you think a child or teenager is in danger, call the police on 100 right away. You can also contact the 105 hotline of Israel's National Child Online Protection Bureau. Then report it to us, and we will act immediately.
