Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use the site and order a video easily, including people with disabilities. Here is what we did, how we tested, what is not perfect yet, and how to reach us.
Accessibility level
The site is built to Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on WCAG 2.0, and also meets WCAG 2.1 level AA. Accessibility is built into the site itself, not added through a plugin or accessibility toolbar, so it works with your assistive technology and your browser and system settings.
What we did
• Full keyboard navigation in a logical order, with a clear indicator on the focused element. • A "Skip to content" link at the start of every page. • Pop-ups (report, filters, cookies) close with Escape and return focus to where they were opened. • Contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for interface elements, in light and dark mode. • The page can be zoomed to 400% without losing content or scrolling sideways, and line and letter spacing can be increased without text being cut off. • A correct heading structure, marked page regions, and alternative text for images. • Labelled form fields, and error messages read out by screen readers. • Moving content: the home page activity strip stops with a button, on hover or on focus, and video previews stop on their own in under five seconds. • The site respects the system "reduce motion" setting and stops all animation. • Videos play with sound only when you start them, with full controls. • Every page declares its language (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right), and the site works in portrait and landscape.
How we tested
We tested the main pages, including ordering, sign-up, pop-ups and the error page, with the axe automated checker against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 rules, on mobile and desktop, in light and dark mode. We also tested manually: keyboard navigation, zoom and a 320-pixel screen width, text spacing, and stopping motion.
Adjusting the site yourself
• Zoom: Ctrl and + on a computer (Cmd and + on a Mac), or pinch on a phone. • Dark mode: by your device setting, or with the appearance button at the top of the page on a computer and in your settings. • Stopping motion: turn on "reduce motion" in your device's accessibility settings, or press the pause button next to the activity strip.
Known limitations
• Videos uploaded by creators, including personal videos, do not currently have captions. If you received a video and need a transcript, write to us and we will help. • The payment page is run by the payment processor, and its accessibility is its responsibility. If you have trouble paying, write to us and we will help you complete the order. • Content users publish, such as posts and images, may not have full alternative text.
