How Much Does a Personal Video Greeting Cost? What Sets the Price

There is no single price. On Cow each creator decides what a greeting from them costs, and the price is on their profile before you start ordering. That is the final price, in shekels, with no “service fees” popping up at checkout.

That is also why you won't find a number here. Every creator prices differently, and any “price range” we wrote would be misleading. What we can explain is what lies behind the differences, and how to find a great greeting within your budget.

Two main things decide what you pay, and three things people assume matter don't matter at all.

• The creator and the demand for them. A creator with a large audience and a long queue of requests will usually charge more than one who is just starting out. It is their decision, and it is completely transparent.
• Delivery speed. Each creator sets a delivery time of 24, 48 or 72 hours. Many also offer rush delivery within 24 hours for an extra fee that is shown up front.

And what does not change the price:

• The occasion. A birthday, bar mitzvah or wedding greeting costs the same with the same creator.
• The length of your request or the recipient's age. There is no surcharge for “a greeting for a kid” or for an extra sentence.
• Hidden fees. The price on the profile is what you pay. The only possible addition is rush delivery, and only if you choose it.

The category does not set the price. Every field has established, in-demand creators alongside creators who are growing right now, so among both TikTokers and gamers you will find a wide range of prices.

Still, before chasing the biggest name, remember what actually excites the recipient: a creator they watch every day. A greeting from a smaller creator they truly love is worth far more than one from a star they barely know, and it may cost less too.

A small search tip: start with the category the recipient lives in, and only then filter by price. That way you won't fall for a creator the recipient doesn't know just because they fit the budget.

1. Set a budget in advance, like with any other gift.
2. In the creator list, filter by price, then by category or occasion.
3. Check each creator's delivery time. If the event is far enough away, you won't need to pay for rush delivery.
4. Make a shortlist of three creators the recipient follows, and pick the one that fits your budget.
5. A group gift? One person orders and pays, and everyone settles up between them, just like any shared gift.

A personal greeting is worth the price when it meets a recipient who genuinely connects with the creator. A kid who knows every video their favourite gamer has made, a friend who quotes a TikToker in every conversation, a dad who never misses a video from his favourite comedian. Hearing their own name from that creator is something no shop-bought gift can give.

It's less of a fit when the recipient doesn't really know the creator, or when what they need right now is something tangible. In that case, put the money into another gift, and maybe add a personal greeting alongside it.

• Will the recipient recognise the creator in the first second?
• Do you have one good personal detail to give the creator?
• Is there a moment when you can show the video, like a party, a family dinner or the morning of a birthday?

If the answer to all three is yes, you've probably found a gift worth every shekel. And there's something hard to put a price on: the video stays. You can come back to it in a year, or play it again at the little brother's bar mitzvah.

If the creator declines, the request is blocked by screening, you cancel before the creator accepts, or the video is late, the full amount comes back to you automatically, no forms. Once the creator has accepted, the video is being made just for you and cannot be cancelled, but a video materially different from your request earns a full refund.
